Mmmmm - Ginger Kisses!

I had a baking day recently and made these delicious Ginger Kisses which are a soft ginger cream sandwich, and absolutely delicious! They need to be soft, not hard like a gingernut, so I was very pleased with the result as they were quite soft. I found the recipe here , thanks Nessie from baking=love. I made the flowers and dragonflies from rice paper using paper punches, so they were all edible. Yum!
